We assist customers with airline reservations, flight changes, cancellations and refunds, name corrections, and general travel support. All bookings, changes, and cancellations are ultimately processed through the relevant airline or third-party provider, and are subject to that provider's own rules, fare conditions, and availability.
In addition to any airline fare, fee, or fine, FlyAgentNow may charge a service fee for the assistance we provide. Applicable service fees will be disclosed to you verbally by our agent before any payment is taken or booking is confirmed. By proceeding with a booking after this disclosure, you agree to pay the stated service fee.
Fares, seat availability, and promotional offers change frequently and are controlled by airlines, not by FlyAgentNow. While our agents work to find the best available option at the time of your call, we cannot guarantee that a specific price or seat will remain available once a call has ended.
Payment for bookings and service fees is collected by phone at the time of booking. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of passenger names, dates, and travel details provided to our agents, as airlines may charge correction fees for errors.
Refund eligibility for airline tickets is determined by the airline's own fare rules, not by FlyAgentNow. Our service fees are generally non-refundable once an agent has performed the requested work, except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyAgentNow and M/S SHIPUP are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or policy decisions made by third-party airlines or providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
